Generating leads at a show is a three-phase game: book the right meetings before, qualify hard on stand, and follow up fast.

Before the show

The single highest-leverage activity is segmenting the exhibitor and attendee list against your ICP and running outreach 6, 4 and 2 weeks out. Done well, this fills 50-70% of your booth hours before you arrive.

On stand

Use a two-question qualifier in the first 30 seconds. If both answers are right, schedule a 20-minute deep-dive — don't try to close on the show floor.

Follow up

Send personalised follow-ups within 48 hours, referencing something specific from the conversation. Generic 'thanks for stopping by' emails are wasted budget.

Book meetings before your exhibition

BoothSwipe pulls the exhibitor and attendee list for any major trade show, scores them against your ICP, and runs LinkedIn and email outreach so your booth hours are filled before the doors open.
