Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BoothSwipe (the "Service"), operated by Renin Research Technologies Pvt Ltd ("BoothSwipe", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Service

• Use the Service only for lawful B2B outreach related to your organization.
• Do not send spam, deceptive, or harassing messages.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party providers you connect (e.g. LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, Apollo, HubSpot), including their messaging and rate-limit rules.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data, lead lists, and messages you submit ("Your Content"). You grant BoothSwipe a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those platforms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee outreach results, deliverability, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoothSwipe and Renin Research Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoothSwipe and Renin Research Technologies Pvt Ltd from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
